POLYSKIM® is a premium gypsum based skimcoat designed for use over gypsum concrete, wood, and other surfaces. POLYSKIM’s polymer modified formula allows for a creamier feel under the trowel, enhanced bond, and superior dry time.

Features:

• Smooth feel on the trowel
• Fast drying
• Great for gypsum concrete repair
• Can be applied as featheredge to 1' thick

Suitable Substrates:

• Fast track gypsum concrete
• Fast dry skimcoat over wood

Coverage per 10 lb bag:

• Feather:  57.6 sq. ft.
• 1/4' thick:  7.2 sq. ft.
• 1' think:  2 sq. ft.

Working Time:  About 20 minutes

Setting Time:  About 30 minutes

Application Conditions:  Dry, interior environment above 50°F

Dry Time Prior to Floor Coverings:

• POLYSKIM® does not self dry, you may use fans to accelerate drying. Depth of placement and ambient conditions will impact the dry time of the material. Material is typically dry in 30-45 minutes and ready for light sanding prior to application of flooring, or direct application of flooring.
