SKIMFLOW® LCB is a gypsum based self-leveling underlayment designed for use directly over wood. The product is reinforced with fibers for superior performance over flexible substrates. SKIMFLOW LCB may be poured directly over wood without mechanical reinforcement to provide a quick dry, smooth surface for approved floor coverings.

Suitable Substrates:

• Designed for use over wood substrates where a level surface for floor covering is desired.  Unlike traditional self-leveling underlayments, SKIMFLOW LCB does not require mechanical reinforcement (lath) when poured directly onto wood.
  

Coverage per 50 lb bag:  Approximately 23 sq. ft. at 1/4' thickness

Placement Time:  30 minutes

Time to Foot Traffic:  1 hour

Time to Flooring:  

• 24 hours at 1/4' thick
• 48 hours at 3/4' thick
• 72 hours at 1-1/2' thick

Temperature for Application:  45°F to 85°F

Compressive Strength:  4200 psi

Flexural Strength:  1700 psi

Shelf Life:  12 months when unopened and stored per instructions
