EB491 Schooner Premium Grade Multi-purpose Adhesive is a solvent-free and low odor adhesive recommended for most commercial and residential carpets in direct glue and double stick installations. Allow the adhesive to become tacky to the touch prior to installing the carpet. EB491 Schooner Premium Grade Multi-purpose Adhesive is also ideal for pattern matching carpet and mineral-back sheet goods due to the extended open time feature.

Spread rates:

• Felt back sheet: 125-180 sf/gal; Use trowel 1/16'x1/16'x1/16' SQ-notch 
• Smooth back carpets: 10-15 sy/gal; Use trowel 3/32'x3/32'x3/32' V-notch 
• Most commercial backings: 8-10 sy/gal; Use trowel 1/8'x1/8'x1/16' V-notch 
• Rough back carpet/substrates: 5-8 sy/gal; Use trowel 1/8'x1/8'x1/16' U-notch
